EUROPE capitalised on their stunning first couple of days to wrestle the Ryder Cup back from the United States.

But not all fans watching at home were happy.

Luke Donald‘s European team went into Sunday with a commanding 10.5-5.5 lead.

And although the Americans attempted to rally, Europe were just too good again.

Tommy Fleetwood guaranteed the triumph on the 16th, rolling his putt to three feet and forcing Rickie Fowler to concede.

It meant the Englishman was guaranteed a half-point, enough to take Europe to the magical 14.5 number needed to win the Ryder Cup.

Scotland had a representative at the showpiece event for the first time in almost a decade.

Robert MacIntyre’s stunning form on the DP World Tour saw him clinch one of the automatic qualification berths from the European points list.

And having earned a half point in the day one fourballs alongside Justin Rose he teamed up with the Englishman again on day two to see off the American pairing of Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth, winning his first full point for Europe.

MacIntyre was the final European representative out on Sunday, facing-off against US Open champion Wyndham Clark.

And he quickly raced into a healthy lead, 3up through five holes.

But viewers at home felt Sky Sports simply weren’t showing enough of the Oban native and took to social media to say just that!

One fan fumed: “Is Bob MacIntyre playing in the Ryder Cup? Not seen him on Sky.”

Another added: “Are you going to show some of Bob MacIntyre at any point in the coverage?”

A third fumed: “Is Bob MacIntyre invisible?”

While a fourth said: “Anybody seen Bob MacIntyre?

Another added: “Any chance of showing Bob MacIntyre?”

Clark rallied late on, but MacIntyre recovered after missing a short putt.

He went on to win his match 2&1.
